Is my $50 refundable?
The one-off job fee and annual trade registration are paid to run the platform. If your job listing or registration is not accepted we refund in full; otherwise fees are generally non-refundable once your listing is live. See the FAQ for the full policy.
How long does it take for my listing/profile to go live?
Most listings and profiles go live within 1–2 business days after we review your details.
How are tradespeople verified?
Every tradesperson's qualifications and registration numbers are checked when they sign up, and their profile is reviewed before it goes live.
Does Renovator.kiwi take a cut of the job?
No. We charge a flat fee to each side and never take a commission or markup on any job. What you quote is what you keep.
